Good find on the 337, definately rare car!!

I was modding my 4dr Golf 1.8T in the day with the likes of Tony green machine back in early 2000's. Had the 1st APR Stg3 MK4 car on the road, eventualy got it up to 300whp, car was flawless with current owner is still running 2X factory Hp on stock motor.

Now I am enjoying a 2008 R32 as my other car.

I have actually owned 2 R32s and many other VWs while only recently becoming a Porsche convert. I love my VWs but mostly the 2 MKIV R32s. Currently my dd it is Silver and has 52k miles on it. Great dd with a great exhaust note.

Nice 337 man! Really rare, given that it's all stock and low miles!

1500 sold in the US, 250 sold in Canada.. 1 of 1750

Here's mine:

Wow looks like more than a few 337 and R32 guys on here...some AWESOME pics of 337s here, looks like you guys got them sitting lower, looks great! I couldn't find an R32 with low miles and in perfect shape, almost each one was either modded, beat up, or had close to 100K miles...I also wanted 337 or 20th aniversary and out of these I thought there was no way I could find a 337, they are the most hard to find...when this one presented itself out of the blue from a fellow PCA member and collector, it was flawless and I had to make him an offer, well after a little negotiating we made a deal we could both agree was good I went and picked the car up!

Raja bud, got your vm and replied back...

I think the orig owner whom I bought it from had an apr tune put on... He had all the documentation, records, receipts, orig window sticker and purchase agreements etc ... Part of that package was the apr tune info n warranty etc. I dunno what a stage 3 is or have much experience w apr or their work/expertise.

APR stage 3 is bigger turbo (GT2860R), injectors, upgraded intercooler, stage 3 tune, downpipe and exhaust and everything else needed to run the bigger turbs.

Personally I find K04 is just perfect. 290WTQ @ 20psi is perfect on the 1.8T.

Stock k03s runs out of breath close to redline.

Nice pickup with the 337! We actually have a MK4 R32 at the shop. We just got done building a set of wheels for it and we will be releasing photos on monday.

Picked it up with about 50k miles slightly modded. It is pretty heavily modded right now. Glad to see there is some VW love in this community.

Stg3+= GT2871 and all the hardware & software to put 320+whp 60mph tires ripping loose on dry pavement kind of fun factor on there.

Very capable and solid motor from my experiences.
