The GT2 front lip is some $280 + tax these days, does anyone know of a better price?

I believe someone had a source for this closer to $100-150, or am I dreaming?

I would call some dealers in panorama and get club pricing... Should be no more than a couple of hundred... Sonnet, suncoast, pelican parts all have it... May take a week or so they usually ship outta weissach if not in stock which I doubt it would be as it's considered a special order item... Are you going to paint it body color or leave it black which it comes in?

 

Cheapest I've seen is Sunset Porsche out of Oregon who only make a single digit profit over their cost on all Porsche parts. Their prices have never been beaten by other dealerships in all the quotes I've had them make.

That lip on ebay mentioned above wont fit GT2, I was trying to source one cheaper then the dealer as well but ended up getting it from the local dealer at 221.55.

 

The big issue is the shipping. Was this price including shipping?

 

if done right should be about $25-35 max...

 

I got mine through Sunset for $187.27 + shipping.

 

ssmugen what partnumber did you use?

I used the one from PET and it came out at 280-ish + tax (but free shipping) thru Pelican who otherwise have Suncoast pricing.

Also smsmugen what wheels and widths are those? Look sweet,

 

I'll check part number tomorrow when I get to the office. Its the OEM GT2 lip.

Wheels are HRE C93. 19x11.5 +33 rear, 19x8.5 +34 front
