Thanks ever so much to 6speed (all of you guys/gals on here for coming together despite the ****ty weather recently), Robyn/Robert, Dave, Brian @ Carlsen, Mike/Jordan @ EVO for making all that effort. I had a lotta fun seeing all you folks in one place.. It's amazing how many 996/997s we have in the Bay Area isn't it?

PS Yes we need to do it more often and do some "fun" drives through skyline. Same goes for the track event like last year. Fred and I talked and he's agreed to work his magic on getting that situated.

 

I think I got some nice shots of Robyn's car flying in motion on the 101 (Robert check the cam out) before it ran outta memory (doh!).

It was a great turnout and this event did make me miss my porsche. I will for sure have to come to get a Porsche in the future. It's amazing to see these cars fly on the highways. My M3 was fast but it's amazing how fast these porsches are!!!

I will look into a Track day that can unite NorCal and SoCal folks.

Ricky Racer you're always "in a Porsche" in our mind I know it's only a matter of time... However, thanks for the ride back. It was very relaxing indeed and I'm finally starting to understand/dig the whole SMG thing.

The track thing will be awesome- can't wait man. Last year was wicked....
