I think a lot of GM customers... really don't cross shop within the family.

On the contrary... I believe GM customers commonly stay within the family... cousins, uncles...

GNX. No other name in automotive history says "80's Supercar" like those three letters. Now the legend is back.

was the world really dying for the remake of an "80's Supercar"

Do they include a Motley Crue CD, an 8-ball and an 80's authentic mullet?

If you care a lick about steering feel you'll probably hate it. I really wanted to like the GTO, and would have bought one as a daily "beater." The powertrain was completely amazing for $30k and reminded me of my E39 M5. But I drove my old 996 turbo to the test drive and away from it, and that killed the deal. Even my current beater (an old Saturn sedan) steered much better than the GTO. Weak chassis.

Don't forget the Italian stag horn on a gold rope too.
