Wastegate Setup to 1.3 Bar
Wastegate Setup to 1.3 Bar
Hi,
After my car upgrade I have to dismount the wastegate 1 Bar actuaters. One of then is hold. I solved the problem and put one complete turn on the nuts.
After that the car only run with 1.1 BAR. The ECU program is done to 1.3 Bar.
How many turns I have to put on the nuts to get back 1.3/1.4 Bar?
The turbos are Billets K16.
Thanks,

HI,Did you make sure that they were both at equal settings before you started??...If you set it at 1.3 with a regular normal temp day in 3rd,,,,I know from my experience with 1 bar springs that it will boost to 1.4 in higher gears when it is cooler out....Just my info...Good Luck

Yes, I put one complete turn on each nuts westgate.
Tomorrow I will put another complete turn and next I will test in 3rd gear.
Thanks,
Put a hand pump on it... set it up in psi... 15 psi the arm should start to move... thats the only real way....
