At the Texas Mile you don't have a ton of room to shut down. I always let off slowly, brake slightly to 175 and then STAND on them from 175 down to about 60 to make the turn.

****...my car went 231 at Texas with just a set of lowering springs....everything else was stock lol....no crosswind and a flat surface you will be fine.

If its the same people that run the maxton mile they will not let you run past 150mph in a uncaged car.
