Mile run on stock suspension.. Good idea?
I know some have removed the wing on the rear for 200 MPH runs, makes for the front end feeling less floaty and wanting to wander. I think I'd definitely do that. More down force on the rear will lighten an already light front at speed. This is not good.
I'd be sure to run at least the factory recommended air pressure. Too little and the tires may overheat and an increase in rolling resistance. Too hard may make the car wander at speed. If it's in the cards H&R springs will lower it 1" all around and should work well.
