JIC Competition ride-height suggestions?

I am going to have my JIC Competition (8/12 kg) suspension put on tomorrow.

What are the ride height suggestions (mm's)? Camber? Toe?

This car will see a lot of highway action (hence why I didn't go with the 7/10 setup). It might see the track off and on, but not too much if that helps. I am also running 315 Yoko AVS Sports on the rear.

Any input would be nice. The shop (Performance Imports) is the same shop that works on the Racers Group's GT3 for Road Atlanta, so they know their stuff. I trust them fully, but I would like to have some specs (suggestions) for them to follow.

Thanks

I have version 1, apparently. Not good. What do you recommend? I need to have the suspension installed this week. Can it be installed with the old version? What are the negatives?

I am running 315/25/19 Yoko AVS Sports on HRE 540Rs.

I just talked to Ben, and we might have me switch to the 7/10 setup. I might be able to send mine back and switch them out; possibly getting the new sway links as well.
