Sorry. I meant of course I want a ROOF to drive that RUF

Don't like powerful cars like that without the added safety.

Not a German Ruf VIN, so this is a US-optioned car, not a "true" Ruf car, also there is no Ruf engine listed, and then you'd have to look into the option history, see who installed, etc. There are a couple of Ruf-authorized installers in North America now, but back then, not sure, maybe the options were installed by a Ruf tech who flew out, maybe not. Basically, if this is a legit 930S cab, the Ruf options may add slightly to the value, but not a lot. The key is to just determine if it's a legit 930S with a spotless history and then to value it at market price. If this were a complete Ruf-VIN car it would be a different story and hard to determine a value.

No Buddy....just thought it's a cool car. If I had a collection though, a factory slope nose would be in it for sure.

I feel the same way. My father had an '83 factory slantnose coupe he imported from France and federalized as well as '87 and '88 U.S. slantnose cabs, so it would be kind of nostalgic. The only problem is the speedos on these cars are/were easy to pull and disconnect or replace, so who knows if the mileage is really legit?

I had a bone stock '88 turbo (not slant, not cab) back in 1995 in SF.... and I missed it everyday since... too bad so many of them require so much tender care nowdays (my friend has a love/mostly hate relationship with one now)... these were nasty little cars (why did P get so big and heavy?)... this one is low mileage and probably cared for... worthy of adoption...
