Who has crashed a Porsche?
When i was out for my 2nd autocross (in the rain no less) i had a truly massive spin with the 996 TT. Since that time, i've always been a bit more cautious on the road. Autocrossing has made me a much more cautious driver in general. I think, "Well... on the autocross course i have a 10% chance of spinning on this maneuver." Invariably, on the street, this means I don't take it.
The other thing is that AutoXing has made driving on the street a little less thrilling. I'm sure track days would do the same. There's NO WAY that you can do the kind of stuff you do on the course on the street.
At any rate, drive safe 6ers.

Hey bud...tough luck man glad you're ok. No worries, just get 'er patched up and back out there...lots of GT2 have been destroyed, wrecked, and punished to within an inch of their lives, they don't call 'em the Widowmaker for nothing! They are like the abused and crazy mad pit-bulls of the car world...but at least you can fix yours up and get back on the road!!! Take care, hope to meet ya and check out your car someday, do you ever make it back to Bmore?
