With that wheel design, I think the gold will look great and would be my 1st choice. Keep us posted...

To me, they both look good. Gold is a bit more flashy or bling; gunmetal is a bit more understated (with a touch of gangster :)). Just depends on what you're looking for. Keep us posted on what you decide.

Well, I'm not a flashy guy. Probably just the opposite. I don't even own a watch!! But the Gold just looks sharp to me. I think if it's the right hue it will work well. We'll see. Dropping the wheels off today so I'll keep this posted.

What about a magnesium color? Basically a dark grey with a hit of gold. Like below.

Flashy or not, go with the gold (lighter, not dark).
|
It's a matter of taste and how much you want to be noticed or happy when you walk away or toward your car when getting into it. Given the design of your wheels I would go with gun metal. But that's just my taste. Not much help, sorry.
But then again gold would be nice if your windows are clear enough to notice your tan interior to match the wheels a bit. |
Steve, I like that magnesium color.

At the end of the day it is what appeals to YOU that really matters. If you love them in that soft gold but find that you get too many comments you can always fib!
Personally, I think that will look great with your car. I also like the magnesium color wheels [are you sure these aren't titanium?]. Either color will provide a nice contrast to the black. Please send us a couple of images when done? [I have had the exact same color thoughts about a set of Ruf Classics I have had on my GPW 930 for decades.] JR |

Pink, purple, or neon orange.
Okay seriously go with the Satin light Gold! |
I like the gold. But a lighter, less bright version. Like on the 458. Is that gold or more of a bronze (satin gold)? Anyway, that's my vote. In for pics when you get er done. Gonna look GREAT!!!

as most are saying is all personal preference...
my 2cents is; gold is 'gaudy' and too flashy.... pewter/grays are more subtle, but more sophisticated... that would be my choice.. |
Dark grey or that gold that is on the Ferrari is dead sexy. Both would be killer set ups.
