Cargraphic Exhaust Clamps
Cargraphic Exhaust Clamps
Installing a Cargraphic exhaust which I picked up in the classifieds here and it looks like Cargraphic makes every stainless except the exhaust clamps because they are rusted. Does anyone know where I can get replacement clamps? I'm not sure what kind of clamps it uses. There is a clamp for the cat pipe to muffler, tips to muffler and then some type of clamp connecting the 2 sides together. Are they vband clamps?
There not v band clamps as they have a narrow channel inside. If you can't find anything and you can still turn the nut on these clamps just reuse them as the are just clamping two pipes together an shouldn't leak unless there's some big rust holes but it doesn't look like it in the pic.
Even if the bolts are stuck, I'd probably just cut them out and get new bolts.
But I know what you mean, you get something new to you, and you want it to be perfect. But I'm sure you saved buying a used system over a new one.
Accu-seal might might one that might work.

I can't complain at all for what I paid. Your right, the clamps themselves are actually in fine shape, its the nut and bolt that are in bad shape. Will just pickup a new set at the hardware store and all should be fine. Thanks.
I haven't removed the factory exhaust yet but is there a gasket between the cat and the turbo that needs to be replaced when swapping exhaust?

No reuse the turbo gasket too as everybody does and there expensive.
It looks like a thin metal band, and when you remove your stock exhaust chances are they will be stuck on the turbos. But heck that's we're they belong anyway
Pick up some stainless bolts and nuts, it'll help next time you remove it.
