How 'Sleeper' is the Aero Wing?

My problems are that the spoiler doesn't extend fully and that I get an error message
The spoiler won't always go up or down when deployed manually
Is this because of the microswitch, or is it down to the fact that both my rams are leaking?

I love the aero wing and really wanted one for my car. People selling them want an arm and a leg for them. I was trying to purchase one off a member here who already had a GT2 wing and he wouldnt let it go for for $2,000+....I then decided to spend 1/4 of that on the Strosek wing, swapped my micro chip and looove the decision I made. I love the *** of the car when the wing is in the down position and its great to know that at 75 or when running away from someone they get to watch my wing raise. Must be cool for those who don't expect it.

you're in a world of hurt. good luck fixing it at this stage. you're better off with one of the "solutions". i'm gonna try that ebay "fixed" solution first, then work my way into aftermarket stuff if i don't like the look. thankfully my spoiler seems to be cooperating at the moment. with liberal spraying/wiping down of silicone. it's only a matter of time though....

If that was about 6 months ago I would have purchased it. I am happy and settled now, if i am spending another $2K (said and done) its going to be somewhere else on the car!

Ok, Here's my full factory Aero adjacent to a couple of other choices (our friends at USP Motorsports). IMO, the Aero looks more subtle and integrated than the GT2, but a "sleeper", I don't thinks so.
