Ride Heights - 996T versus 996 GT2

Folks, I am just wondering and i know somebody has the answer on this one.
What is the standard (from factory when car is delivered) ride height of :
1/ 996 Turbo
2/ 996 GT3
3/ 996 GT2

and what are you running now.

1/ just on OEM suspension
2/ on coil overs (and which ones)

Just curious as I am in the process of getting to dial in my JIC Cross coil-overs as I found my setting too low and too hard. So I raised it about 1/2 inch and went for a very soft ride (on 19 inch rims)... boy... what a difference. I assume that almost everybody out there is wondering what the best compromise is.

I am listening .

Where and how are you measuring ride height?

I'm on 18's with 235/40s and 315/30s
Stock Euro suspension

Measuring from the ground to the highest point of each wheel arch is 26"

I'm 25" fender to ground with my JIC c/o's and 18" rims (225 and 295's). The nice thing with the JIC's is that the shock body is adjustable so you can change the ride height without messing with the spring preload. I have them on the softest setting in the front and 2nd from the softest in the rear and the ride isn't bad. They were on the car when I bought it so I'm not sure what the spring rate is.

Thanks Steve. So looking at your avatar, your car is quite low. What are your front / rear shocks set to? And as you say that yours is lower than a GT2... do you have the exact measurement . I believe it is measured at a certain point under the middle of the engine ( for the rear). Appreciate it!!
