Anyone Replaced all their Weatherstripping? Window Seals?
For the past couple of years I've noticed more and more exterior noises but also an extra bit of wind noise when going higher speeds. The wind noise has really started to get to me. Its like a window is slightly open now.
Has anyone replaced all those window rubber seals with a fresh set? I'm looking into doing it but don't want to replace them and just realize it was pointless. Is there something else to take into consideration? Or other solutions.
I'd appreciate any pointers.

You could try doing the re-calibration on the windows - if your noise is just coming from where the window closes.
6452 Power windows
Problem
The limit positions of the power windows are deleted from
the control module when the battery is disconnected and
connected.
Remedy
Manually close each power window as
far as it will go, then press the rocker
switch for closing the window again.
The limit position of the respective power
window is now stored in the control
module again.

Thanks Slider. I will definitely try that out first.
landjet, it was painted Atlantis Blue, a BMW Individual-only color. My Avatar looks weird, for some reason the upload changed the color.

Try the calibartion method. I have also read that some adjusted the windows manually. Its not a weatherstripping issue.
