One more time.

Its about that time.........AGAIN!!!!! Most of us original 6 speeders know the different phases of my car.

I went from "I am leaving it stock this car is fast enough" to this needs just a "LITTLE" more power. Well, this is how the phases of my upgrades went.........

Stock
Stage 2
Stage 4
Stage 4 GT

So I have decided to go with the GT800 package. And this time I am really done. This is scope of work that will be performed.

Engine Upgrade GT640 to GT800
800 HP/800 TQ
• Garrett GT800 turbochargers
• GIAC GT800 Software Calibration 93 octane & 100 octane settings
• Short Primary Tube GT800 Stainless Steel Headers
• High Flow Turbo Air Inlet Ducts (Aluminum)
• V-Flow air intake system
• High Flow Fuel Injectors
• High Flow Fuel Pump
• Fuel Pump Power Supply
• Fuel Line Upgrade Kit w/ Fuel Filter Kit
• Large Bore Bosch Throttle Body
• CNC Machined TB Adapters w/ Venturi
• Silicone Boost Hose Kit w/ “F” Hose
• Stage 3 Clutch upgrade
• Dyno test and tune

996TT Engine rebuild
• Complete disassembly of engine down to the crank
• Inspect, size, spec out all parts including: crankshaft, pistons, valves, guides, cams, springs, etc.
• Inspect for unusual wear, measure all wear components to determine if they are within specifications and address any problems
• Sonic clean components and prep for reinstallation
• Install new aircraft quality head studs / hardware
• Install new Carrillo Connecting Rods w/ multi torque rod bolts (carr bolts)
• Install new GT3R racing high flow oil pump
• Install new piston rings
• Install new crankshaft, intermediate, rod and main bearings
• Install new OEM head gaskets, all new seals and associated gaskets
• Build bottom utilizing OEM procedures
• Inspect valve train and reseat valves with hand lapping method
• Time camshafts utilizing OEM timing tools
• Install all associated induction / top end components with all new gaskets and seals

The last time I dynoed my car, 553 rwhp and 570 TQ. With this kit I should be somewhere in the 700 rwhp range.

BTW, anyone interested in my stage 4 GT kit!

Also, I will be dumping the PSS9's and upgrading the brakes.

I will be keeping my LOUD *** exhaust!! I love my fabspeed!!!!!

Good for you Orli!

Isn't it funny how we get used to the power no matter how much it is and crave more?

Wow! The GT640 and 800 packages really have smooth, linear power delivery. They seem sick. You is gonna be havin' some fun.

Are those dyno numbers on pump or race gas?

I'm mulling over my options, and will likely have Stephen/Todd do some things to my car at Stephen's location, as it's only an 8 hour drive.

At what point do internal mods need to be done? My guess is at the 640 level? Reliability is pretty important to me.

If you have the money to spend ............ JRZ 3 or 4 way adjustables with the shafts manufactured for your ride height.

Orlando,
Wow, with all the mods you are making, in comparison, it makes my pondering over a Stage III or IV upgrade seem like I am making a decision for a tuneup.

BTW who gets the leftover pieces?
