AR Design is infamous around these parts
Good catch! That thing looks like it got beat up a bit in shipping. We typically go through every core and make sure all the fins are completely straight before welding on endtanks. They come from a company here in the US, and they are great quality cores.

Looking great, I also have your downpipes on my 335 and loved them! I am looking forward to some great products from you guys, hopefully you keep the Porsche tax to a minimum and continue to offer the great value that I saw for the BMW.

Do you guys have any experience with welding the aluminum fittings on the 996tt coolant manifolds? I think there are 6 of them in all.

We haven't made any roll or harness bars for it... YET...
And they are in the works! Just finishing the exhaust then intercoolers, piping and new air intake are next!

Do you have any test data on your intercoolers? I think I've seen similar cores like the ones in your picture...
