its a tough business, hard to maintain that much overhead when most popular products are being whored out for 5 or 10% margins....a lot of the guys who own/run these shops have great intentions, but they just can't last w/o some sort of competitive advantage

Well I ordered floor mats from them for my Murcielago - never got them - I hope I didn't get charged for them

They worked on my m3, did a good job. That was life before Lucent though... of course. lol.

Robert - Lucent had a set of Floormats for a Murci...they were crazy (didn't realize they had a long piece down the edge like that)
