I'd have to see a pic. I think wagons are cool. I almost bought an E55 estate.

I think this is BS. Why would they further dilute their space in the sports car market with a station wagon. It is even further from their origins and core model than the Cayenne.

(I like the Cayenne, so please - no hecklers!)

i don't see any reason for porsche to build a wagon...please. give me a 997 gt2 and stop trying to make porsche a "family car". porsche is all about being a sports car; they need to keep it that way

Strange thinks happen when companies overly focus on expansion. The concept of leveraging brand equity can flip to spending brand equity in order to keep revenue growing.

At some point you have to leave your brand alone, and do the hard work of building another brand to keep growing.

If this "Tourer" is at all close to the RS2 which Porsche helped Audi design in the early 90's you can definetly count me in! This thing was soo bad-****, not to mention the rest of the bad *** wagons out there (RS4, RS6, and E55 all come to mind). Don' rule it out because it a wagon.

I just hope that Porsche doesn't turn out to be like Mercedes and start to drift away from performance...don't get me wrong, some MB's can perform, but IMHO i think that MB's (including AMG's) are too much luxury and not performance
