Man, if there's a way to change plugs w/o pulling the bumper, that's fantastic. I've got to jack mine up tonight to take the track tires off and put street tires on, so I'll see if I can get the heatshields off and get to the plugs. Aftermarket exhaust so hopefully I'll be able to get to it all.

My car has a modified stock exhaust, so is it possible that this is complicating the procedure? I just see no way to get to the bolts needed with a stock exhaust unless I need some special modified tools to do so.
I have only done it with our SpeedTech exhaust installed.

It sure did.

And I will add this. I did not realize how bad my car was running until I did those and the coilpacks. I think the coils were done. Much smoother now. Oh, and Sunday is fine

Your mileage? Changed coil packs before or were they originals that came with the car from new?

I take nothing off. You need a short 5mm allen on a 1/4'' drive flex head ratchet. Oh and a lift. I do not mess with the bumper, intercoolers or piping of any kind. My car is way easy as everything has been moved in one way or another

Original coils at 80,000 miles. I inspected them last spark plug change for cracks and they looked fine, This time they were all cracked.

I don't think the coils would have been difficult to remove. But, how can you change plugs without removing that heat shield on the heads?
