Spark Plug R&R

Finally got off my butt and got moving on changing out my exhaust and plugs.
Just wanted to share what my plugs looked like after 70k. The center electrode was worn badly and the tips on the side were round and worn out also. Gap was probably two to three times what it should be.
Unbelievable! This is on a car that was dealer maintained!
I'll try to post pics later.
I'm also changing out the coil packs. The first one I did just had some delamination but no cracking.

I am surprised the car ran properly with 70K on plugs. Are you sure they have 70K on them? It must not be flashed or I doubt you could get that out of plugs...

Car is completely stock.
I'm replacing with factory spec Bosch plugs.
Seems as though the consensus is to go with factory plugs.
I know platinum of iridium would probably last longer, though.
I'm curious how the car will run after I change all the plugs and coils.
