I saw this car on the street today. Anybody know what it is? I thought it was a Bugatti, but the headlights don't seem right.

I saw a car like that on Top Gear, they said it wasn't offered in the U.S. maybe it's here for the auction. I'll be in Indiana Monday and Tuesday for the Mecum auto auction.

 

Sorry to disappoint -- it was in Lausanne, Switzerland. A lot of great cars cruising down by the lake on a nice sunny day. My wife thought that I was gawking at the ladies...

 

Awe, that sucks, I think it's really something the US market buy buy.

 

The base price is 190k euros ($245k) and they were supposed to only make something like 55 of them.

 

I would call that styling "art deco moderne"...1948 meets 2012. Looks heavy.

 

They did an interesting review on the convertible/roadster version on Top Gear:

They were really impressed but my favorite line on it was:
"You see the body and you think it going to be as advanced as mud, but it corners like a cylon interceptor..."

 

the particular one that Op posted pics of is the Mf5 has the v 10 m5 motor in it.
