Are there anyone here has had any experience of www.performanceproducts.com / www.automotion.com?

I ordered a 4-piece set of floormats for my 996tt somewhere around the 13th of April and I have still not got any delivery from them....soon coming up on 2 months later..

I have tryed to get in contact with them on several occasions, both by mail and through there website, but there has been no reply from them.

Am I the only one who has had this experience from them??

Par, I have e-mailed questions to these people regarding product application and they never responded back and that to me was a major "RED FLAG". I decided to purchase from a local shop at a higher price but guaranteed receipt of product and warranty assertions.. Good Luck though!!! Regards, Kenny

Performance products is a big company that's been around for some time. I'd be suprised if they are shady, but you never know in this industry. Best of luck!!

That doesn't sound good at all.
I saw there ad in Excellence Magazine and I guess I just assumed that they where serious... Seems that I had to learn about them the hard way.

If you paid by credit card call them now and tell them so you don't get charged, then get them elsewhere.

Yes I did pay by credit card, and they charged my card around 20th of April...

No, since I live in Sweden i haven't phoned them at all...at least not yet.. I thougth that e-mail would be sufficient..

I never had any problems with them. However, I didn't order via website, I used the 800 number and reference the product via catalog. All products that I've ordered in the past came in as promised and on time.

You may want to contact them via 800 number.

I have no affiliation with them.

They may not even know you haven't gotten it yet. International packages get lost all the time unfortunately. I lose about 1 out of every 10.

Email should of worked though.

I've dealt with Performance for years and historically, they have never charged my credit card until the product shipped. Either your mats shipped on the 20th and got lost or there are problems within the company. I've noticed lately that their attitude is a little on the uppity side.

I ordered a spoiler from them for my 993 awhile back. I received the spoiler but it was the worst quality I've seen. It was warped and could not be smoothed by a body shop. I will not order anything else from them.

I've ordered from them a couple of times without any problems. Calling them is definitely the way to go.

Give them a call. They are good people. I've ordered online a couple of times with no issue.

I only purchase from them by walking into their facility and buying in person, I wouldn't mail-order ANYTHING from them. In person the service is good and you get set up with what you want, but they seem to f*** up a lot of mail orders in one way or another. Good luck Par.
