911Tuning.com - Seal Grey Project
Hi guys, I would like to share my experience with one of the best sponsor on 6speedonline! 911Tuning.com, Markski. For couples months ago I decided to modify my 2003 996TT and take it to another level. At first I had decided to go with a AWE Tuning local dealer for the 700R Kit, but it was too expensive and the price did not included the Ic's. So, I waited for more options and my dear friend LuisGT3 pet talked me about the available options in the market just right for the proposed budget. Then he mentioned about Markski and to write him an e-mail, so I did. I contacted Markski via phone and I cannot described how down the earth he explained me which parts I will need necessary to accomplish my project. Every single time that Markski provided me with an advise it's save me lots of money. The best product you can buy from him is he's knowledge and constant personal support. There was no a single call that Markski did not answered before, during and after the project. At the beginning Mark was very supportive making sure that my local motorwerke shop performed correctly the pressure test and that were no boost leak. Also, you can't go wrong with Protomotive... their tunes are superb! Because of this I have not had an issue with the car at all. Instead of going with an A28's I had the opportunity to buy a new pair of A3071's from a 6speedonline member.
Here's the part list for the project:
1.A3071 turbos
2.911Tuning 4.5" Ic's
3.911Tuning Flexible Intake
4.911Tuning 2nd fuel pump system
5.911Tuning 72lbs fuel injectors
6.Clutchmaster Stg3 Fibertought
7.Forge Boost hose Kit
8.Forge Dv's
9.Greddy Boost Controller
10.FVD Straight Pipes
11.Denso Sparkplugs
12.Durametric
13.Protomotive Tune
Coming soon.....911tuning custom xpipe exhaust and AEM Meth Kit!
After the installation was done it was my turn to do the pulls runs and started to log all of them until we got the right setup on low and high boost. Right now I'm running 91oct @ 1.2 bar low boost and 100oct @ 1.5 bar on high boost. At this time I haven't dyno the car yet, but the car is different toy
. In the past I had done 140mph in the 1/2 mile run and now I did it at 164.11mph. in a hostile hot weather of 98F+ and in which we beat all the Gt-R's AMS Alpha 6 and made #2 at all Porsches just followed by 167mph 997 GT2 with 100K champion motorsport kit. All the GT-R's AMS Alpha 9 and 10 were also close to our trap speed by no over than 10 mph. My car have 17K vs GT-R's 100K+ in mods. So, I'm a winner already with more money in my pocket. Remember always do your project right from the beginning and do not do shortcuts which eventually will cost you more money. Thanks Markski!

Thanks Hector.. but like I said to you, to get a working car it requires the owner, the installer, and the tuner/parts company, all to be on one page... we did it right congrats...

Thank you, right now I'm running with FVD straight pipes. Next week I'll be receiving a custom 3" catless xpipe from 911Tuning

Thanks! The project still have lots of bolt-on mods available...throttle body, Y pipe inlet, mafless...that of course include a 18" set of shoes and tires and more practice to get to those 10sec. Also, I had learned a lot from many of the projects from here like SpoolBus (prodigymb), BlackhorseTurbo (Todd) and others that are doing an unbelievable results with the own projects. Right now I'm more than satisfied with Markski's products and been the fastest 996TT in PR. I'm planning to put the car in a dyno and later on share the outcome.

Since an second fuel pump, fuel filters and new fuel lines were installed they were constantly checking for any leaks. At one time one of the guy was checking the p/steering/clutch CHF-11S fluid
