West Jersey-what to check out?

I'll be over in the Trenton and New Brunswick area of NJ in the next few days. Any performance shops to check out while I'm there?

Provost Motorsports in Bordentown NJ does some nice work. They do a lot mechanical and set up work for the Pcars in the South Jersey and Bucks County PA area. Also do race support for some of the local guys.
