best thing to do is get your self a vbox and run some 60 to 130s that will give you a real look at what your car is doing.
i would also log the car with durametrics.

Does your car spin the tires easy? in 1st? 2nd? 3rd?
Have you done any runs 60-130? 1/4 mile?
Dynos are not always the way to measure what you are really doing.
If you really are running 2860's, then 430 whp is a joke. The two dyno's below are 1bar and probably 1.1 bar flashes, compared to your 1.5 bar.
Here is a dyno of a Flashed K16 car from F1crazydriver. Looks to me like a flashed K16 car is the equal of your 2860

With 20% average loss to wheels that puts a flashed k16 car from 420 stock to 530 flashed. I find that hard to believe. My car does not break traction easily. 2nd gear roll on = no wheelspin and usualy first gear roll is not much breaking traction. I think it should do better but how much better i do not know. I dont have a durametric and with a little man on the way in a couple weeks im reluctant to spend money. The car did have a full overhaul when engine was out, plus leak tests afterwards.
I could realy do with finding someone in uk with similar mods and see what they are pushing. I have a feeling the car may be retarding ignition. It feels strong when first coming on boost but then tails off and seems very reluctant to pull to redline, it will redline but feels like its faster if you change up at 4500-5000 like a diesel! Do any US tuners have a minimum power guarantee? I dont have a vbox but i do have an old vtech performance meter that does quarter miles. Supposed to be very accurate, my old m3 usualy could hit 13.7
MP...Is it possible that you "lost' your flash somehow and you are on a STOCK tune? This is what it sounds like...
Your car should break the tires loose with a flash in 1st 2nd and 3rd... Most cars with a flash on STOCK turbos make 400-425WHP.
if your 1/4 mile is UNDER 120mph or so, you are stock...you should be trapping at LEAST high 120's..if not low 130's..

you say you have had all the mods possible done, please list them , for eg what IC's FPR, Intake piping etc.
1.5 bar might be too much for your tune and could be pulling timing.
you need to know your AFR's, IAC's, timing, revs, boost etc to determine what going on. Your tuner should put a car onto the rollers not to find out how much HP its making but primarily to make sure its safe. To do this he must have been data logging. No fool just puts a tt on a roller and does power runs. Go back to the garage and find out what data he logged.

I have k1639 turbos ( 39 being the bench tested air flow) 0-100 in 6.5 60-130 7.2 that equates to about 650 BHP at 1.5 bar. plus lots of supporting mods.

Ok, tial a2860 turbos, speedtech inlet pipes, ap/ kandn induction, ap ics, forge boost hoses, bandb exhaust 3 inch pipework with hjs 100 cel cats, ap bov, 60lb injectors and cm stage 3 clutch with new oem dual mass. Think thats all. 1.5 bar always runs on uk 99 ron fuel
Their are people on this board with similar mods doing 60-130 in the 6's. So that may concur with the 600whp claims? Maybe they spend more time perfecting the tuning in the US? On the other hand, this ken must be good if you travel from scotland to gatwick to use him. My heads spinning!!
Yes, I feel you should focus on your actual road performance numbers. If you indeed have 600+whp, you should definitely be in the mid to low 6's 60-130, if not high 5's. If you runs 9's or 10's 60-130, you have 400-450whp...

My cars an MKB tip and still does 60-130 in 7.2 and 0-100 in 6.5 0-60 2.8 all Pbox verified by Nine Excellence and its still K16 hot side

They have now perfected an even quicker package on the K1639 Turbos.
