I would imagine 305/30/19 will be perfect on a 11.5" wide wheel.
What car did you use those BBS wheels on, BMW or Porsche?

Good to know, thanks for the info. So you had no problems when it came to physically mounting the 295s? Also, what fronts are you running with them?

i am running (and have always ran) a 235 35 19.
i am rwd though, and my front rims have a very aggressive offset, if i did a 245 , it would rub.
the front of my car is slammed lower than a gt2.
a 295 30 19 works fine with a 235 35 19.

the 295 michelin will go on the tire just as easy as a 305 tire would.

Cool! So my front offset is 53, a 225/40 shouldn't rub even if the car is lowered right? What about a 245/35?

I won't risk it with the 245 then. So as of now I'm going to order these:

(F) 225/40/19 (26.1" diameter)

(R)295/30/19 (26.0" diameter)

Any last opinions? Also should I go PSS instead of PS2 since they're considered better and are cheaper?

The correct tire is a 315x25x19. Unfortunately nobody makes them any more.

Question about Bridgestone RE 050A 295/30/19

Has anyone run this particular tire on a 11.5 inch wide Carrera sport wheel? My existing Bridgestones are are new and I would like to avoid purchasing the specified 305/30/19 tires for the rear

If you're running an AWD 996t the correct fitment is 235x35x19f and 315x25x19r. 305x30/19 are too tall and will burn up your front diff. Unfortunately everyone but Nitto has discontinued 315x25x19 tires.

Here is mine with 295/30/18 PS2 tires on 12" rims, works fine and the handling feels tighter.
