Palm to head, argh...

So 5 months into ownership and the TT is serving me well. Haven't thrown a code in a while!
I have since replaced DL with the tarrets, replaced the lwfw with a dmfw, replaced the spec stage 3 clutch ( it was on its way out) with CM fiber tough. I pulled out spring assist.
Generally happy with the clutch, but since I have looked at all the paper Alan gave me with the car, I think the slave and accumulator are original. And there in lies the doh!
I didn't do my homework, I knew gt2 slave mod was the best route for pure feel, and better engagement. I wish I had done this when Trans was out.
The engagement in 1st driving around town is all over the place, but basically way to high for me. It literally is like on/off switch. Can I drive it, yes but am I comfortable driving it this way, not really. It doesn't seem natural. Highway, no issues and she pulls like a freight train.
I have finally removed front diff, and I love it.
I did order the slave conversion parts. I was going to do bracket, but read many posts that bracket can fail and best install is drilling bosses on the bell and bolting slave to bell housing. Parts weren't to bad, but adding cost of labor when I could of done 1st time bums me out, oh well.
I do plan on adding Tim's X Pipe, as the custom on mine now is basically a magnaflow.
One last observation, I left Porsche out in rain for 3 days, passenger side foot well soaked...any ideas?, leaking windshield, EVAP for AC leak, or sunroof drain clogged??? Any ideas?
Tia

Hello! As for the on-off switch clutch, is is broken in yet? Once it breaks in it should be better. Mine was pretty touchy but I took some advice to do a few soft launches on the car. From around 4000 RPMs let out the clutch and launch the car - not dropping the clutch, but letting it out normally.

That helped mine noticeably. It is still on-off but much better. Aluminum FW is difficult...

As for the water, inspect the passenger window to be sure it is adjusted properly and looks like it seals well on the rubber seal. Also, I think there is a sunroof drain or something that may need cleaned..?? I'll see if I can find a link.
