Is it leather or vinyl dash board and door panels of 03 996 TT? What brand or type of cleaner that fellow member recommemded?

Turbos have full leather.

 

Ive been swearing by Hi-Tech Extra Foamy interior cleaner for all my vehicles for the past 15 years. All the pro detail shops in SE MI use this product as well. Great stuff!

 

zaino leather cleaner and then zaino leather conditioner

 

For the dash especially and the door panels as well...do not use typical leather conditioner. Those pieces of leather are especially dried (at the factory) to remove moisture so they do not deform in high sun/heat. Use Aero 303 as it contains UV protection ingredients.

 

^ interesting. my zaino leather conditioner is formulated for all leathers and also interior vinyl according to the bottle. ill have to ask them about the dash pieces.

 

Actually am a diehard Zaino user myself...for everything else on the car.

 

I use a moist towel on the dash.

 

yup , i never knew till my dash dried up like a prune from the sun.... now i have to fix it or replace it.
