That's a picture off of the PCNA when the car was first introduced

I've never seen a Misha under $2500, and they are normally carbon I thought? Do you have a link to something cheaper to check out?

My interest in the wing is looks only. I use my 996tt for street use only, so doubt the downforce issue will become an issue as I suspect ist's not really noticeable until you start getting past 120mph?

The quote I got to paint this was $360, and he did not sound greatly reassuing how well it would match. I'm not sure where else to go for a paint/install quote. I'm not sure how much installation/labor there might be, but $1299 + $360 + labor is making this expensive again to replace soemthing that works fine in the first place.

Do you think I could get $400 for my working hydraulics and wing? That would help offset some of the paint/installation at least.

Anyone try the 996 GT2 decklid/wing from getty design: http://www.gettydesign.com/996_tailbases.html#turbogt2

Is $1599, assuming that is painted. Not sure about shipping.

Also, never heard of this site, but they have the Misha GT2 decklid/wing for $1799 with free shipping. Not sure if painted? http://www.carbodykitstore.com/porsc...y-p-10122.html

And Mshaw's for $1599, again not sure if painted: http://mashaw.biz/996GTIIforTurbo.asp

none of the wings or decklids will be painted. the mashaw wing can be had in carbon fiber but an additional 400$.
