I hit a seagull at about 50 right in the middle of the windshield of my Expedition. He turned toward instead of away. I was really impressed that the window didn't break because it sure sounded like it should have.

 

I've had a bird hit my windscreen at about 80mph - I actually ducked!!


Also had a Bee hit me in the throat whilst doing 60mph on a bike

 

how about my buddy having a duck crash thru the windshield of his twin engine airplane!! he has pics of duck parts all over the inside and his passenger!!

I hit a bird at about 60 on the road a couple of weeks ago. He hit the top of the windshield and flew over. I think he lived through that since he was still flopping around on the road in my rearview but probably died pretty quickly after.

I've had to clean two birds out of my intercoolers after sucking them in. No damage done. Before I had the new front bumper with grill screens put on I had a bird stuck in one of my radiators.

yep black bird at about 130 on hwy 49 about 5 years ago, the little guy left a claw mark just above my wind screen . stright road near sierraville ca. oh i was not driving really

 

I got hit, or hit a pigeon in front of City Hall in SF 17 years ago or so. I was riding my ZX10 on the way to work and had my full face helmet's visor open. It was early in the morning. I get hit and I can't see anything anymore...I stop and get my glasses out of the helmet, they are broken in half. No wonder I couldn't see so well. Had to idle on home and put my contact lenses on. Called work, I'll be late. To weird to be fake, so said my boss.

 

Not in my Pcar, but I have hit 1 bird and killed 2 bats (I thought 1 was odd, but 2 on the same road up to my old house...)
