pretty sure precision makes a 997 fascia upgrade for 996t. not sure if that's "it" but it's close.

Those might be the Ebay LED strips mounted as DRL's on a GT-2 knock off bumper.

Thats a 997 GT2 front with OEM 997 TT/GT2 LEDs. The front bumper has been around for a quite a while.

Almost wish I had done that instead of my GT2 Bumper. I think the bumper on the red car looks really good.
