I would not go 2WD unless you do the front wheel carriers and up the spring rate to do it right. When you do it's nice. Otherwise it gets fumbly.

Any updates with photos of the 335 on? I might have missed it, but are these factory wheel setting /. off sets ?

Thanks!

My gt2 runs these toyo 335s on stock rims no issue bar some inner liner rubbing. Just FYI. That's on both street and track use.

Thanks for the info on your GT2....I also want to put these on my 03 GT2.
Last question, what's the camber setting on your GT2 ? I ask because if one has more negative - then it will rub on the inner. Mine is set at -2 degrees. Oh last thing, has your GT2 been lowered or "stock" height?

Thanks again

Stock height and suspension. Settings are factory gt3 997.1 alignment specs for track. I think 2.5 neg on rear but that's not definate, but it's at least 2 neg. Just be aware your liner will rub, I don't really care about the liner myself.

What portion of the rear GT2 liner rubs? I am assuming down by the intercooler hose? You don't have any pictures by any chance? Thx.

It rubs so assume the liner is wrecked. Who cares?
Is it possible to upload pics from an iPad?

Yes, you can download from IPad. Just save the pics in a file and then upload from said file when you are attaching files in "manage attachments" of the 6sp post. I was just wondering where it rubbed because several people with GT2 livers have run those tires without any rubbing.

Here is a pic running 335 rears. I think it actually suits the grunt of the car.

My car has some mods, and stock 315 width rears are pretty hard to keep the car straight with, even in the dry in a straight line at full throttle at around 100km/h or 60mph, compared to using 335 semi slicks on the rear.
