This is not unusual on a stock suspension, although the proper measuring points are as mentioned by Macster (above). I would not just put lowering springs. They don't improve handling that much and will accelerate the wear on the stock shocks. The labor and alignment are the same as going with coilovers. Bilsteins are fine for the street. Do not attempt to achieve too radical of a drop or the rear eccentrics will not be able to adjust for too much toe in or negative camber. In regards to 19" wheels, be prepared to have the rear wheel arch lips rolled. You can also run 235 on the front without rubbing.
