Per year?? Progressive (which I also have) has 6 month policies... That sounds like a 6 month rate. If your paying that for a year we all need to get your agent...

neil.schneider has a spectacular aura aboutneil.schneider has a spectacular aura about
Huge variance over state, town, limits of liability, right to sue, etc etc etc. Also some states have very limited or even no PIP benefits. Here in NJ we have high rates but most people have 250,000 med benefits. Compared with PA people across the river, most with 5,000 med benefits. Believe me, this day and age 5,000 does not go very far. You get what you pay for.
That said I have gieco and pay 2200/year

1K deductible, 500K & 500K $732 per year. Liberty Mutual.

I can do less on the deductible and the policy increases some but I never have claims. Of course, when I changed the deductible a few months ago from 250 to 1K a rock hit my windshield and it cost me $700 to replace it. Just my luck.

I did a quote on www.progressivedirect.com and came up with $1265 as my annual premium, a $500 savings over my current policy. Also my deductible drops from $1000 to $250. Anyone switched to progressive not from new but after they had the car? What was the inspection process? TIA
