question for tt cab owners with pss9's

i am having the pss9's installed on my car next week, what are you recommendations for the settings? anything possible problems i should watch out for?

the car will never be tracked, and i am looking for crisp handling with good ride quality, can i get both? i am really trying to eliminate what i perceive to be a floaty feeling from the stock suspension setup, i have 18 inch hre's in stock offsets and stock size tires? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Mike, I also have a 996TT cab. I put FVD PSS9s (these are Euro. versions with stiffer springs) on about a month ago. I also do not track my Cabby. My initial settings were 6/6. The ride is fantastic. Firmer yet smoother. I am actually going to play with the settings today. I'm thinking 5/4 for the fun of it. Sounds like your car is my twin.

I had mine set at least drop and softest setting and it floated around like a deuce and a quarter!

when i traded in my 99 raodster diablo for a 99 TT I emmediately noticed how bad a stock turbo handles at higher sppeds on the high way... it actually moves around cause air is getting under it(among other things). I also have a fvd pss9 set up. I like them. my fronts originally wer at 1 setting and ther back at 5... but now I have the fronts at 3 and the back at 6.
I like them for what they are.... yes one can go with $8K motons... but I live in Chicago and I do not track the car too often... so I think the pss9s are OK.
