Just curious, why go with the Kenwood and not the pioneer avic n2? It takes up a lot less space. Did you like the sound of the kenwood better. I just had Reus do my car and he said eclipse is far and away the best sounding.

I like double din head unit more than single. It fills the entire deck space and looks cleaner. Besides, I have N2 in my Cooper S, I don't like it's touch screen at all. It's not sensitive like Kenwood does. The reason I go with Kenwood instead of Eclipse is becasue the nav. on Kenwood is more user friendly than Eclipse.

Dale,

Who did the install? Was it Benchmark? The grill up front looks identical to a C4S I saw at Benchmark. By the way Hugo was asking about you.

Anyways if it was someone other then Benchmark please let me know as my sister might want to get a small system put in her M3.

Nice Dale! I did the same thing 8" JL Audio
subs so I could keep my back seats. I have them down unless I need them.

Here is the front trunk which houses the Alpine DVD changer, JL Audio AMPS and that Porsche plaque thing can be taken off to mount a 15 inch moniter to play movies or playstation.

Yeah the Porsche thing came in the mail about the time the whole install was going on and I took it to my stereo guy and said do something with this.
