Midnight Blue with Tint pics

Since there are never enough pics...thought I'd show my recently tinted Midnight Blue 996TT (2003). Before I tinted, I thought that it would wash out the look of the car - but I think it came out great. Makes the wheel pop a bit more now. Unfortunately - I'm not much of a photographer, hard to get a good sense of the tint as it seems to change depending upon lighting / angle.

Looks great. You've made me realize I need to have the tint on mine re-done this spring. What kind of wing do you have on there?

Previous owner put it on - Looks like the Techart Type 2 to me though. Recently had it refinished and resprayed as it had some nicks on it and the prior paint job was poor.

Nice job. I am liking the amount of darkness you used. Mind if i ask what % you used?

I went in asking for 35% (my state maximum tint is 32% - I did not want to go so dark that I hurt visibility at night). The installer said that different windows can produce different results - so he used a light meter to determine the optimum film to use for the best heat rejection while staying within the legal limits.
The paperwork says the film used was P1-30. See chart.
