How much power on my setup?

I've nearly got my parts installed and am almost ready to lift the motor back into the car as early as next week. I'll list what I've got, let me know what kind of power you think I can make. I have only 91 octane available, but sometimes I boost the octane with torco, so I believe I can get up to 94 octane fuel. I plan on putting it on a rear wheel dyno. I might try race gas if someone talks me into it. I have not chosen a tuner as of right now.

K24/18G Billets from Blouch Turbo I believe
3 inch catless X pipe exhaust custom built
Soft intake piping 2.5 inch custom built
60 lb injectors
Ported stock headers
997.2 intercoolers

Not relevant to power but also:
Spec stage 2+ clutch
GT2 slave setup

hello sir ,
if you have bad low OCTANE fuel .. i recommend that you go for aquamist methanol injection , it will make your fuel like 100 octane
, if you tune it and install it right , you will love it too much
we ran many meth injection here with k24/18g !!! boosting till 1.5bar (93octane+meth injection) timing and A/F is perfect

good luck with your build sir

No tuning file yet? the ecu will pull the timing and boost (if you still have the gates and actuators active). Stating the obvious, dyno would be a waste of money unless they're able to build a tuning file for you.

IMO,
Don't risk your engine run the 100 Octane, cheap insurance until you have a safe tuning file.

HI,We are pretty close on mods, give or take some minor mods that dont amount to much.
With 93 octane I made on a rear wheel Dyno Jet around 600 HP/600TQ,1.3 bars with a peak of 1.4
Of course 91 will be lower..

Call Todd at Protomotive with that set-up.
My car with similar stuff trapped 134.5 mph on 100 octane @ conservative 1.4 bar.

Get a good tune and tune it for the gas that you use the most. Forget that Torco ****.
Pump gas tune and race gas tune (speciific to the race gas you can buy)
Will be a good set up. good luck.

513 whp on 1.1-1.2 bar is my guess. Do I get a cookie if I'm within 5?

Are you asking how much power it will make without a tune?

About 0 as the stock ECU will explode setting the car on fire, and destroying the dyno before you get a reading.............

Oh no I would not even start the car without a tune. Just wondering how much power on different types of gas.

Mid to low 500's on 91. Don't stuff torco into a $17k engine.....get a 55 gal of VP, and a EBC. Then run 1.1 on the 91 and 1.3 on the VP.

I think you should be looking into choosing a tuner and then let him give you some ideas.
Good Luck

low 500s to the wheels with a decent tune... on 93 540whp to 560 depending on temps...
add meth or 100 octane and you will be upper 500s...
one of our clients with just a 5 bar, 100 octane, 18gs, exhaust made upper 500s at 1.3 bar...
