Hi guys,

Looking to purchase a 996 GT2 very soon.

Researched for a long time and know everything except the options that were available?

I found an online options brochure for a 2004-2005 but this was the period they revised the GT2

Can anyone tell me or advise the options on the phase 1?

2002-2003
Very few options.
Interior trim packages , sport seats vs. buckets, carpet color, lighted footwell. Not much else as I recall.

2004-2005
+ above and, GT3 style wheels but in GT2 size,
+ standards:
upgrade 2nd gen PCCB rotors
Carbon side mirrors, carbon rear spoiler

 

carbon steering wheel, shifter and dash were options
try ebay.de search "Porsche 911 GT2 prospekt", I think its got all the options in those books, gimme a day or 2 and I'll check mine

 

Are you looking for a modded or unmodded?

 

I find it's getting harder and harder to find a unmodified 996GT2.

 

and without accident (GT2=no PSM)

 

I ask because my old 10k mile 02 GT2 is still for sale. Proto twin GT30-76 on HRE's...car makes 550rw on pump and 700rw on MS109. Its in Dallas at a dealer.
