Thanks for the comments. I can't reply to any threads, so I'm stuck starting a new one to respond.

To Ryan, the "lightness" may well be described as lift. I have less than 1,000 miles behind the 911 wheel, so your point may prove the most accurate. I feel the lift on high speed corners as well as straights. I'll have someone more experienced drive the car and comment.

Thanks to the others who responded, it would certainly be ironic to dump the Bridgestones, but that will be the next step if more experienced drivers feel the lift/lightness.
