I have been talking to Peter Stacey,the owner of the Kinesis motorsports who has been very helpul and who has shown great deal of interest and willingness in resloving this unfortunate issue.
To honor him respect i have decided to delete my post and will not comment anything until the problem is resolved.I would also like to mention that there were some misunderstanding with the repair quotes as my copy was slightly different then Alan's copy and thus unintentionally we both thought the other party was wrong.
Peter once again took time to review the whole thing and was finally able to pin down the problem area.
I must say after 90 minutes of tele conversation with Peter i have regained full faith in Kinesis Motorsports and will be looking forward to dealing with Alan once again j/k

Seriously man. They are and have always been a great company to work with. I wouldn't just say that. They always stand behind their products so I'm glad it got resolved. Alan is a stand up guy as I'm sure many folks would attest to.

 

i second what sharky said but man 90 mins with Peter, did u guys chat on family stuff as well? i can't even talk to Neil for that long...
