I just wanted to pass this along. I found it on the web, I can't vouch for these guys as I haven't used them, but they are the first company that claims that they can repair or refurbish the hydraulic actuators.

It is possible that the micro switch recognizes the rams to be in the extended position (the switch metal tab is not depressed), thus it would not allow you to activate the motor again. I believe it is to avoid over pressurizing the motor and breaking the internal parts.
Remove the micro switch and Hold the metal tabs until you feel the click. Then have some one else activate the spoiler up switch. That should work.

I had the same issue after I repaired my motor assembly. I isntalled the system but not the switch. The spoiler would not rise until I held the microswitch compressed.
Hope this helps.

Fiddling with the micro switches solved my problem for about a month but now the warning light comes on and the spoiler only goes about half way up. It does retract and extend at the appropriate speed but only about a third of the way (same with the dash button). Any ideas?

I would try a re-bleed. Sounds to me like you didn't get all the air out.

Before doing that you could try cleaning and lubricating the outside of the rams to see if that helps. You could also take the wing off, and with the rams down, remove the spring clips and clean the insides.

I think it is bleeding issue too. you probably dont have enough fluid in the system.
Make sure the motor is in its retracted position when filling the fluids again. For mine I connected the system and held the pump high while running the pump many times over. That allowed all the air to get trapped in the pump. Then I removed the hoses and refilled the pump.
Good Luck

I will give it another shot. I am starting to get really interested in the fixed GT2 wing, getting tired of this hydraulic setup. Here was my first attempt:
