if you want. lol.. only place in town with multiple gt2rs' and gt3's etc. hell, they have veyrons there
Ill take it if he can do $70k

It would make sense to buy it. I wouldnt have to rent a car while im over there
If I keep my car, its getting some AVIC love, although I'm thinking of just getting a creamy E350 sedan and being done with it until I have saved up enough pill money for my Lambo.
for me the 997.1 simply doesn't offer enough to warrant the upgrade cost. Ultimately, the most important thing I'm missing are the tech upgrades (BT, nav, HDD) - oh and a running motor lols.

. Now, the interior on the 991, THAT is indeed an ugrade, wow! I drove a 991S vert with PDK last year; I wasn't quite sure how to start it
. Beautiful car; sounded fantastic too! Then again, the sticker was $135k. Hmm, not so much
And you're right; just get a nice comfy daily driver and keep the p-car as the hooligan!
The aspects of the 997 that appeal to me are the headlights and front bumper, VTG's, the better AWD system, and I think I read somewhere, though I'm not sure, that the stock fuel system is more capable than the 996 system.
I don't care at all about the improvements in the interior. I think the 996 interior is just right. Very high quality without being too plush. A good fit for a sports car. I also don't care about added electronics as I don't use them. I'm rarely even listening to the radio when I drive mine.

The two Porsches I have owned (cayenne turbo and 996tt) had the worst interiors I have seen, for how premium the brand is.
I mean, the interiors feel cheap and look very bland. All the gadgets and lights are outdated.
I hate to sound rude but have you seen/been in any cars that have proper interior?

Apart from the crappy plastic center console, I think the quality of the 996 interior is fine; it's just a bit bland for a $100k+ car. It's only since VW got involved that it started changing (most noticeable with the 991).
