Are these spacers adequate?

I am looking to put 997 Turbo rims on my 996 Turbo, and I am aware that I will need 7 and 15 mm spacers. I found RSS spacers on Suncoast which together would cost $305. I also came across these on Ebay:

Is there any downside to using these? I figure there's no point spending an additional $100 for no reason

they "look" ok, but i wouldn't trust the lugs. they say made in europe, not china, but i've had bad experiences with cheap yet nicely shining lug bolts. fwiw i ran 7x15 h&r spacers. i would think you could find a reputable name brand at a similar price point. also, spacers is one of those kinds of parts where buying "used"? why not. who is gonna know.
