What do u call this colour?
^this is Avery Supreme's matte graphite metallic. It's not as dark in color as it appears in these pictures, just happened to finish up around sunset that day (rear bumper is done now)
You can do it yourself for less than $500 and waste a bunch of your time/effort and get a sub-pro result if you'd like. Or hell, maybe it is almost pro. I've never examined a wrap up close before and I'm routinely my own worst critic.

Nice work and nice looking car, you did great job.
Bought from Metro Restyling, but wouldn't do so again. Messed up my order of samples (re shipped the entire order quickly), then missed part of my order (very light tint to put on headlights and the clear part of tails). And I don't know if I was just sloppy with my cuts or not, but I really don't feel like I got the full 45' I ordered. Didn't measure it, and this is my first (and last??) wrap.
Took close to 20 hours to do the car. You can do the math to see what your free time is worth, but keep in mind the value of the end product as well.
I don't think the turbo is a very easy car to wrap. The rear fenders have some complex curves to them, and considering that the roof sill and the side skirt are all one piece with it, it makes it a challenge (the first time anyways).
I can make a thread about what I learned etc if you guys would like, but again, I wouldn't recommend doing this. I'm particular about details, and since I made the mistakes, my eyes go right to them every time. Not the way you want to feel after 20 hours of effort lol
Edit, ok so not near 20 hours of effort, but that included breaks etc. see breakdown of time in next post

Oh and no, there were no instructions given. Watched a handful of YouTube videos showing the wrap process (particularly tutorials and tips) and gave it a go
Hood, did myself first 45 minutes, with majority of the time spent fumbling with the film before taking the backing off (or so it felt)
Time breakdown it took me with an extra set of hands
Fenders maybe 20 minutes each
Front drivers side (would rather mess up my side than my wife's...) 3 hours -did this with 2 friends. Mistake. Will clarify it later
Front bumper 2.5 hours
Passenger side 2 hours
Rear bumper 1.5 hours
Trimming probably around 2 hours
Should I make a thread?
