Change Pilot Bearing during clutch job?

Change Pilot Bearing during clutch job?
I have a CM stage 3 I am installing this weekend. I noticed it was missing the alignment tool so I am sourcing one out but just thought about the Pilot bearing. IShould the pilot bearing be replaced when doing a clutch where you are not replacing the flywheel?

Well I bought an OEM Pilot Bearing from a local dealer. I guess may as well swap it even if not removing the flywheel. Now all I need to do is get a hold of an alignment tool.
