Tire pressure on 19" Tires?

What should it be? And also, does tire air pressure usually go down during warm weather?

There's so little clearance between the wheel and the road but I also do not want to over-inflate.

(My tires are Continentals 235/35/19 front and 315/25/19 rears.)

Thanks,
Lord

Tires will gain/lose 1 psi for every 10 degrees in temp they raise or lower.
