After speaking to damon at the tire rack, I might go with Pirelli's that make a 305/25 in 19's. I know alot of people don't like Pirelli's but is there anyone out there who does? It's the P Zero Asymetrico. FWIW, the 305 is closer to stock than the 315 in all dimensions.

I was there and it was painful to me watch it happen. I ordered the Pirelli's in 305/25 for the rear and 225/35 for the front. I will certainly report how they feel compared to the outgoing Yoko's. I'm hoping for a more compliant ride at the expense of ultimate grip.

you may want to look at one of these before you install your new tires. i just ordered one myself. i can never tell if my tires are low just by looking at them and i've accidentally run at some lower than optimal tire pressures. if you order the remote display, you can hide the dorky looking unit under your dash and place the remote wherever you want it. the remote is pretty trick. displays real time tire pressure, temp, and has programable audible alerts. might as well do it now while you're having the tires changed. tirerack sells them too, but vulcan has them on sale.

The pirelli makes great tires for cornering, they wear well also. Then again Ive never used Yokos so I cant compare.

If anyone like the SmartTire TPMS system, we have them available as well. $229 for the basic system, and $49 for the remote LCD Display. The LCD display shows realtime temps and PSI on all four corners and can be easily tucked up under the dash. Check it out at:

Dang Damon, I would have grabbed that yesterday but wasn't thinking of it. My tires were on the UPS truck locally at 7:30 AM this morning and I should have them shortly so thanks for your help and quick service.
