spec clutches are simply rebadged sachs units. if your going to race the car at all the sachs wont last. next step is a clutchmasters but its very grabby. after that your looking at carbonetics or erp clutchs which will outlast the car but very expensive,

do your homework.

The Sachs Performance pressure plate with their highest clamping force and there special GT2 disc will hold and take a beating at your HP level,, But Alot will depend on your driving with most clutches..
The ERP units are the best for abuse and long wear.

I am using a clutch masters stage 3 and their LWFW. Not grabby at all.
In fact I can get under way in 1st gear at idle. Engagement is also like stock.

If you plan on making more power in the future do it right the first time. CM stage 3 or ERP twin are a couple good options.

I purchased a Sachs Stage 3 Clutch w/stock dual mass FW Kit from SamboTT a parts supplier and love the kit. I'm running about 575 AWHP and it holds it all and them some.
It has a near stock feel, but don't know the kit number.

I fully support Sam, he is a good guy and likely has it in stock.

Namaste,

FBS
